The wonderful höstlov (autumn break)!

Week 44 is the autumn break for Swedish students, during the whole week I did a lot of things that I might never do them in the other time.
These days I have done so many things that I forgot which day I have done the certain thing.
The first thing is of course baking! I went shopping with my host parents, and we got enough ingredients for the three cakes! But till now I have only done two of them.
I baked apple cake with my host sister, actually it's not so difficult with my sister's help as we have all the things needed and just followed the website.
ÄppelkakaThis is the picture from the website http://www.arla.se/recept/appelkaka/ that is supposed to be, but we are new on baking, so sadly still didn't do so well.
We baked for too long. So this is the final cake. A little burnt. But with the ice-cream, and if you like chocolate, then add a cup of OBOY, it's still a nice FIKA!

Then I relaxed for some days, just stayed in my room writing a novel, of course still in Chinese to try to force myself  insist on something and don't give up halfway this time.
On Wednesday I went scout with my sister, before that I didn't even know what is that, I just heard of that when I was in Stockholm and I never thought I would join that one day! It took about less than two days, we had a long walk inside Trollhättan, from Sjuntorp to Lextorp, about 20 km, we walked about 5 hours! To be honest it was really tired and when the darkness came it made me a little annoyed as I didn't know where the scout house is, even the weather was not lovely, it would suddenly raining or just very sunny, but it was very fun that I knew many friends. And I also happend to see the famous attractions in Trollhättan!

It's all the views while we were walking, that was so beautiful, and a lot of big fields, very few people...... Just my dream place!
Though it had a heavy rain, but then I saw rainbows! I haven't seen it for a long time! And I was so lucky to see twice, but only the second time I took the clear picture.
The rainbow!

Behind this house is the slussen! But that day not many people there.

A huge boat waiting.

It's the other side, big difference, right?

Here is the place that they made Swedish films! But it was not what we planned, so I didn't get into there.

We slept in the scout house for one night, that night we watched 2 movies, we had our snacks that we prepared before so we had our dinner pizza very late, and on Thursday afternoon we backed home by my sister's friend's car. So she went to our home with us, then we had another baking cake time!
My sister's friend studies cooking, so she helped a lot on the cake. We baked chocolate cake this time, of course it's my favourite!
MAD-kladdkaka med marshmallows, apelsin och dumlekola http://www.arla.se/recept/mad-kladdkakamarshmallows-apelsin-dumle/ Looks attractive, but when we followed the requests, the cake didn't look so nice.
When we put it in the oven, it still looked wonderful, the white marshmallows were not destroyed.

It was when we finished! Finished! What happened to my lovely marshmallows!

But it tasted full of chocolate, which was my love, so this FIKA was even better! And with the cream that we made it freshly, I was just so happy!
With this to made the cream.

At first it just like liquid.

We stirred the liquid and it became like this! By the way, if we stir longer then it would become butter!
All the ingredients were here! Quite a lot and much fun when we took out the eggs and our cat Sven stayed beside just hoped we can drop one and he could eat that!

Chocolate and candies, so sweet feeling!

Thick chocolate liquid, but no sugar in it so tasted very bitter.

Then this Saturday we had a horse riding! My host mom's sister owns 5 horses! And the most exciting thing is that my younger host sister studies horse riding, which means she could help us on horse riding!

The horses had so much space to relax.

I rode on the pony first and I was the only one that rode on a pony, my younger sister helped me to take care of the pony and get on him, then she led him, but he was so excited that at first he didn't even listen to my sister, that really scared me! But the pony is smaller than horses, they're easier to get on but not so meek as horses. (And we happened to see mini ponies too! Really cute! According to my younger sister they are the companies for horses, and usually they don't need a lot of food.)
Then my host family all tried on the horse riding, but the horse were just taking a walk so it's not difficult, I planned to watch my younger sister riding the horse but she was sick so unluckily that we didn't see a lot from her.
That night we had a lovely dinner at host aunt's house, by the way, the house is one of my kind of dream houses!
Sunday, the last day of the autumn break, I was invited by my exchange friend to have ice skating! I only saw skating on TV before, so I was both excited and nervous, my host parents were very warm-heart to find skate shoes for me and I went skating also with my sister.
It's the place that near my school and it opens for free but we had to leave at one o'clock.
My sister and my friends taught me how to skate as I was the only one that don't know how to skate! That was fun but quite tired as we were all on the real ice! My poor feet were almost frozen by the ice!
It was hard to control the balance for me, I didn't fall down when I learnt ice skating, so maybe that's why I still need some support otherwise I would be afraid to run so fast on the ice, I was so jealous when the people there were so free to run or play ice hockey or even kind of dancing! After that we had our lunch and also FIKA at MAX, a little sad when I heard they didn't sell spicy hamburgers! We hoped to meet next Sunday to continue our ice skating, and I loved that for sure, the wonderful opportunity that I can try something new!
How can I forget one thing----- chocolate! I bought so much chocolate that all of my friends were shocked! But since I ate so much I finally bought a sport card, this week I went to the gym for the interesting class or just went out to walk, fantastic excuse for eating, right?

Some other tips: 1.My biggest host sister put her lovely cat at our home this Friday for a weekend, but he was too excited that he made the home whole mess, even broke my new hat! However, he is still so cute that I don't want to blame him.
Naughty cat found a nice place to sleep!

2. The day we backed from our scout house my sister's friend cooked dinner for us, after we baked our chocolate cake we then watched a movie again, this time was <kungfu panda>, I watched one in my Thai exchange friend's home, with Swedish subtitle, but this time for me to learn Swedish better we watched it in Swedish sounds and English subtitle. As we all know it's a film describes a lot about China, it became so fun to tell them the Chinese appears in the film.
